Joseph R. Osborne, M.D, Ph.D.

Dr. Osborne is a physician–scientist and translational leader in molecular imaging and radioligand theranostics, advancing precision oncology through innovation and strategic program development. He serves as Chief of Molecular Imaging & Therapeutics and Director of the Radioligand Laboratory at Weill Cornell Medicine, where he leads multidisciplinary teams developing next-generation imaging and theranostic platforms with clinical and commercial relevance. Trained at Columbia University (MD/PhD under Nobel Laureate Richard Axel), he previously held senior leadership roles at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Osborne has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, led pioneering clinical trials, and brings a board- and advisory-ready perspective focused on translation, scalability, and access.
